1.🕯️ Edonistica – Terms & Conditions of Hire 🕯️
Effective from: 24/04/2025
1. Hireable Spaces
The following rooms and spaces are available for private hire:
**Valentina’s Domain** – Luxurious boudoir dungeon, ideal for Domme sessions and boudoir shoots.
**Estoban’s Quarters** – A private bedroom with a bondage/rope A-frame, primarily used for rope and restraint play.
**The Games Room** – A downstairs dungeon playroom with toys and equipment. Guests must keep this space clean and tidy after use.
**The Edonistica Suite** – Used for workshops, movie nights, and social gatherings. Tea, coffee, canned drinks, crisps, and chocolate are available at £1 per item.
**The Orchards & Grounds** – Outdoor areas with both designated and undesignated zones. Nudity and filming are allowed only in designated zones.
2. General Conditions of Use
Consent, safety, and respect are fundamental. Any breach will result in immediate removal with no refund.
All bookings are private and by appointment only. No public access is permitted.
Arrival and departure times must be respected. Overtime may incur additional charges.
All equipment, props, and furniture must be used appropriately and returned to their original place.
No candles or open flames are permitted unless expressly approved.
No illegal substances are allowed on site at any time.
3. Nudity & Outdoor Use
Nudity and erotic photography/videography are permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Nudity in undesignated public-facing areas (e.g., near roads or neighbouring boundaries) is not allowed.
You are responsible for the conduct and discretion of your group while using the grounds.
Inappropriate use of drones, public-facing content, or filming others without consent will result in a permanent ban.
4. Photography & Filming
You may film or photograph freely within your hired area and approved outdoor zones.
No filming in communal or staff areas.
Always get consent from everyone featured in your content, whether clothed or nude.
Use of Edonistica’s branding, logo, or mention of the venue in published content must be approved in writing.
All content creation must comply with UK law and platform terms of service (e.g., OnlyFans, Clips4Sale, etc.).
5. Cleanliness, Damage & Waste
All rooms must be left as you found them. Towels and used items go in the grey bin provided.
Bins must be emptied into the outdoor waste station if full.
Any mess, bodily fluids, or damage left without reporting will incur a £150 cleaning/damage fee.
Furniture and fittings must not be dragged, stained, or moved without prior agreement.
6. Refreshments
Tea, coffee, canned drinks, crisps, and chocolate are available in the Edonistica Suite at £1 per item. Please place your payment in the honesty box or make a card payment where available.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
48 hours' notice is required for cancellations to receive a full refund.
Within 48 hours, we may offer a reschedule but cannot guarantee a refund.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) forfeit the full booking amount.
8. Liability & Responsibility
All guests enter and play at their own risk. Edonistica is not liable for injuries resulting from unsafe or unconsented play.
You are responsible for the safety and conduct of any models, clients, or collaborators you bring.
Anyone who poses a danger to themselves, others, or the venue will be asked to leave.
